Before you all get all sweaty and excited, I DID look over the FAQ...
http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=Forcesensitive&message.id=14167 target=_blank>- Phase Calender [What phase we're in, when it will switch, how it all works]
I just don't see where it says WHAT a phase is.
I just got the "...the force is with you" message and I wanna make sure I do this right and not waste one minute of RL time when I might have to wait till the next phase (whatever a phase is...)
Thanks

Every three weeks the villages changes "phases" and new quests are given. The phases correspond to a storyline about the village. Phase 1 starts out with the villages almost destroyed by the Sith. The quests in phase 1 deal with trying to hold off attacks and heal the wounded. Phase 2 and 3 deal withrebuilding its defenses and holding the Sith at bay. Each phase the village gets stronger and is slowly rebuilt (walls, turrets, etc.). Phase 4results in a massive Sith attack where the village gets almostdestroyed again and the whole cycle starts over again.

Thank you for checking the sticky first! Despite your good intentions it seems if you had tried a different sticky (in this case, the READ ME FIRST sticky) you would have found your answer:
"You can only do one quest per phase, doing a quest unlocks a branch. You must train 6 branches to finish the Village. Unlocking is Phase dependent, training is NOT, you don't have to do it in the same phase you unlocked. If you are having trouble with the concept of a branch, read this. Each phase lasts approximately 3 weeks, to see the current phase look here. To use free unlocks (more info in the FAQ at the bottom) talk to Paemos. " [Links not copied over, so if you want to click, goto the thread itself]

THAT'S the ENTIRE definition of a phase!??
Uggg, this forum is like digging for buried treasure to get info...
I guess I was distracted by the PHASE Calender.......how it all works. Part of the thread.(jumps through the hoop!)
Let's see if this translation works.
In order to finish the village you must train 6 branches.
In order to unlock and therefore train withina branch, you must complete one quest.
You may only do one quest per phase.
A phase is defined as an aproximate three week interval that will conclude at the beginning of thenext phase.
Correct?
