Thread: can you unlock more than 1 branch per phase?

i read on a post you can only unlock 1 branch per phase is this true?

Bear in mind that you will have to eat at LEAST 6 phases, which means some of them will repeat. Many of the Jedi I talk to say that they like Survival, because even a slight touch of Terrain Negotiation is better than none at all.

You can only unlock one branch per phase via quests... free unlocks don't count towards this number.
