How long should it take for the old man to come, because i've been waiting a while and he still isnt here.If you do missions does he not appear or something? If anyone has any info about what to do to get him to come faster please reply.

I think the rumors are true... but the rumor about "Not having anyone around you except yourself" must be true.
I was just finishing my missing Badges on Endor. As soon as I was done, I headed to the Smuggler's Outpost, then I had to relog cause the Ticket Collector was not there, 5 seconds after I was back into the game, he ran towards me! And no one was around either. So I suggest you do the same. Go to random Player Cities, get all badges just to pass time... he will come.

The old man visited me today after unlocking yesterday. You have to be away from any cities. He will run up to you from nowhere. Make sure you arn't in combat are he will not talk to you, or so I have heard. Hope this helps!

You don't need to be alone at all, he will even visit you in cities, a friend of mine got a visit in a bustling cantina and I have witnessed someone get a visit while waiting for a shuttle.

All of my characters now "Fell a surge of the force within," where is the old man or do I need to get more badges?

just a few more badges and you should have the glow.

Thanks for the info. Will have to wait to master a profession, I did the theme parks back on the Test Center when they had the "Blue Frogs" in place and they whipped my butt doing them solo, and the sad fact is that trying to get help with any mission be it ground or space is like asking people for their first born!

here's what you need
- 3 theme parks (imp OR rebel, nym's and jabba's)
- 2 warren badges
- 3 jedi POIs (Exar Kun temple, jedi temple ruins, Kenobi's home)
- 1 'dangerous' POI (Tusken Pool, krayt graveyard, lesser sarlacc)
maybe 1 profession mastery, maybe not. never tried it without at least 1 mastery.
corvette badges may count in place of the warren as well, but the warren is far easier.

I spotted the old man roaming the desert of tatooine for no apparent reason..no one around except me...lol...serious it was him...said (an old man)...he walked off and dissappeared..he must have gotten lost...oh dangit..pushed the wrong button...LOL...Ceasar
