Its a different mission all together, you get the plant from the Sensesersuasion tree.

Chapter 5. Do or die time. Last chance.

To get the plant, you have to have Master Medic at a minimum, or a cooperative Doctor who will sell you the medicines you need.

Talk to Sivarra, then start curing NPC's of their symptoms. Cure five, then go back to Sivarra. You'll unlock Persuasion. Then volunteer to do another five cures, and go back to Sivarra when you've done them. Finally, volunteer to do five more cures again. When you're done with that, go back to Sivarra and you'll get the plant.
