I drove to the village to speak with the engineer, but he wouldn't talk to me, so I set out to find a gadget specialist to begin the phase 4 portion of the quest. The only problem is that, because the engineer wouldn't speak to me, I have no wps for any of the specialists on any of the planets.

When I did the quest (never completed it), I remember the guy being right near the junk dealer in Coronet, but he's no longer there.

Is there a list of wps for them now, or did I do something wrong to cause the engineer to not want to speak with me?

Nobody has ever done the phase 4 crafting quest???

I have 2 sets of pieces that I saved from long ago; that's not the problem.

I went and tried to speak to the specialist (whose name changes everytime, evidently - it's not always Alpoka), but all he said was that the sith are attacking, and gave me no further information. I haven't seen instructions that said I needed to talk to anyone other than the chief engineer, and as I said, he will not speak to me other than to complain about the sith attacks.

I really need some help here. I've been sitting in game all day trying to figure out the location for ANY gadget specialist, and I am truly at the end of my rope.

I didn't have any problems with that... But I'll bet you have to get him to talk to you.

There was a gadget specialist behind Karen Starport; he had assorted junk (I recognized an ore mining unit near hem).
