I am pixels away from being able to train in phase 3 forse senses skill box 4 of luck....


My question is.. if I am unable to train before phase shift... do I have to wait until phase 3 rolls backaround to train in that?.. Obviously I have already done the quest and opened up the branch... just wasnt sure if you can only train phase 3 during phase 3... or if you can do the actual training anytime...
