i know we have some time before phase 4, but i was wondering if i need any Master skills to do this quest.
i.e. will i need to be a Master Medic, or will novice do? i have also heard i have to be at least Novice Artisan as well....
if anyone has done this quest in the previous phases please help me prepare for it.
thanks for your time.

You need novice medic and the ability to use stimpacks.
Group with a large group of players and go around healing each one of them, then switch groups for the next attack - you should have healed everyone once whilst they are in combat if you cycle through them all.

One little tip is to make sure that the people that you are healing at that point in time, that they are in combat witha outlaw or a thyg. Also they need to be hurt by X amont of dmg or you will not get the credit for healing them
good luck

So, just want to know that I heard this right. I wouldn't need to be a master medic for the phase 4 quest even though it is a requirement for phase 1?

Master medic isnt a requirement for phase 1 - having experimented medicines is - if you can get someone to make them up for you at the appropriate percentage of effectiveness, i'd dare say you could do it with novice medic, though im not exactly sure on that.

Along with stims, you also get cred I think for healing bleeds and states. I think so only because with one run with 20 people in a group, I was only really healing like 5-8, yet got credit for over 40 in one run. Not sure why. I'm a master doc, and was just healing everyone for everything under the sun. I got my bacta tank in only 3 runs.
By far, this has been the best mission in the game for a people who play a doctor. It really gives the feeling of what you are supposed to be doing in a battle, and you find out who the best docs are out there. Can you do this with just a medic, not sure since I was a master doc.
Also, in the group, try to keep them all together, since your range is only 6m. Combat medics have greater range. That way you can move slightly back and forth. Focus only on your group list, you see a little health or action is low, stim them immediately before that little regens. With buffs as powerful as they are, people rarely take damage unless they are taking a thug solo, and you dont get credit for it. See a bleed, /firstaid.
Also, setup macros for everything to make things easier.
Good luck, its a fun mission though. Just be careful to not get targeted yourself.
