I go to the village and i try to get the captain quest of killing siths but i talk to him and just say to me a bunch of crap but dont give the quest!!! any1 know

pls read around before u post like this, tons of us are all having the same problem and there is no known solution for it cept waitin for the devs to fix it

No there is.
The CSR's in all galaxies are sending out system messages where therey will unlock the branch for you if you are in fact bugged.
Open a ticket and watch for the system message. The CSR in your galaxy will probably let you know the next time he/she will be in the village fixing people
