ok it been 7 days or so on this phase 4 bug and no word from the Soe or the jedi correspondent on what going on. then today i read that
Got a system message from a CSR on Chilastra that was helping people who were bugged and unlocking the tree for them!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!! Was lucky to be on at the time. He/she was only on for 45min at a time!

Well, I just saw an interesting in-game announcement and remembered your post, so thought I'd pass this along:
I got a system message announcement on Chilastra. It looks like CSRs are fixing players for phase 4, but it apparently needs to be done one-on-one. If you're on, maybe check in the village to see if CSRs are available to help you out.

so i create a ticket today and wait 2 hours for a csr to respond and along comes csr_joseO give me a responce that he cant fix anything and NO csr have been told to unlock this quest for any players. i ask him why people are posting messages saying that csr are fixing it for people. basic he says they been told by the dev team that a fix is in the pipeline but no word on when it be out. So again what going on for thos of us that are stuck and unable to do this quest will we have to wait another 12 weeks plus will we get it unlocked for free like some people said the csr have done or left out to dry? come on tiggs give us a answer

Looks like a CSR flipped and ran out to try and save some of us before the powers that be nerfed him lol.

So that two reports of csr on two different servers that have the guts to due the right thing. To bad we cant even get tiggs or someone to comment on what going on.
when was the screenshot and did this happen for you?

Tiggs just put up a post in the dev tracker forum regarding the phase 4 bug. It is being worked on right now.

yes i saw her little post that their working on the bug. but what if the bug isnt fixed till the village phase changes or the fix wont take place till after the phase change? i wont to know if im up the old soe creek or not. DO i have to wait another 4 phase to try again or will they unlock it for me?

I am going to say that you will have to wait another 4 phases. However, if there is enough up-roar, perhaps they will allowed the CSRs to give us the unlock. The CSRs have logs of everything, etc, and every attempt you made at trying to grab the quest.

this bug is also making it difficult to convert xp, since no one is killing the sith there are 250 sith running around in the village making hard to even get to the guy to convert xp

The csrI spoke to said that it was now against policy to unlock it for players. I asked why, and he told me its because they havnt done enough testing, and they dont know if it might bugger up the character in some way..

So what exactly is the bug that is happening? Will I get screwed if i take the quest, complete it and then do not get an unlock, or will it not let me take the quest at all? I kind of want to know what I am getting myself into before i start this thing. I believe i opened up ranged speed as a free unlock, but am not 100% positive. Please any info or feedback on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
