I had enough of this phase 4, I've completed the quest last week and now I'm grinding FS. xp. But most of the times I go to the village to exchange my combat xp for force sens. xp the sith are attacking. The problem is that it's very hard to speak to Paemos then, as they aggro very vast and you can speak to Paemos while in combat.

It would be best to make us able to talk to paemos while in combat...

wait until it comes to the last week of phase 4. The village will be so overcrowded by the Sith, that they don't eve despawn anymore.
Thats why I capped my last branch in the first week of phase 4 and my last xp cap will be turned in at the beginning of phase 1. This way I can avoid any troubles with the sith spawn there.

cheers
Exi

Hey thats a great idea... we should submit it to the devs immediately!!! Much more important than any other in game issue that I can see...

Wait! and even better idea... how about when you cap xp, you contact paemos and he comes to your locationno matter where you are!!! Yeah that would make it even easier!

Even better yet... we could petition that once you cap xp, you sendit to paemos via fax and he converts it with a 5% surcharge. Yeah thats the ticket. Now that would be best, you could master force sensitivity without ever having to drive to the village at all!!!

Please pardon my pseudo-flame (not usually in my nature) but come on, unless you were just trying to vent your frustration with the slight added difficulty of talking to paemos during the sith attack, (which is rather easy to work around with a little legwork/speederwork I might add) your idea to change a basic game mechanic just so us jedi hopefuls can have a little more convenience is kinda silly. Not allowing one to initiate a conversation during combat is a sound gameplay mechanic, and changing that whole system (or even making an exception with paemos) would be an utter waste of time for a dev team with much better stuff to work on.

Solution; work around it. If you pull up to the village and see the swarm of dots on your radar, plot a course through the hordes using your overhead map and avoid driving right through a bunch. If you do get aggro, drive right back out and get distance until you lose it, then try again. Or, you could take the time and help out the poor souls actually trying to fend off the sith attackers... aggro has a funny quality of going away when you kill the thing that is after you.

Personally I enjoy this phase more then any other, it fosters teamwork and interplay between the various professions, and is the closest thing Ive felt to being in a war in this game.I sincerelyhope the dev team implements something simular to this in the future with the GCW... (imagine all your faction buddies defending an installation against swarms of Stormtroopers or Rebel commandos). Getting through the mess to talk with mr P is just some of the fun for me.

I am loving this idea. Although 'fax' does not sound very star warsy. Lets say, Patmos senses a disturbance in the force and he realizes that xp cap has been reached. That way, we could just grind non-stop. But really, going back into the villiage is dangerous and suppose there are no other players there(happened to me yesterday). I had to wait in the hut for 10 min!!! No, I was not going to go outside and fight the sith when 3+ more would have just jumped on me. So, adding this would help a little. I mean we are still getting the xp and stuff.

Hmmm, guess I should have clarified my sarcasm in the first three paragraphs of my post

Well, the problem is that the aggro mechanism is bugged and you don't loose aggro when it should. Besides that I never understand why you should not be able to make a conversation when fighting. Don't know what that would break in combat (other than the old bug fixed a long time ago where you could talk to an ATST and it would not fight), Also never understand why you have to get off the bike either.

That you have to get off your bike should be changed in the near future.. Well, I thought that I read something like that.
