Thread: Phase 4 Sarguillo bug Give us 3 weeks from when it's fixed please?

The Phase 4 Sarguillo bug is the top listed known issue - in-game, ctrl-H > customer service > known issues
We know that the devs want to fix this, it's just a matter of when. Yes, a lot of us are 'screwed' or 'shafted' if the phase passes and we don't get to take this quest. A free unlock might be cool- but not exactly fair to everyone. Plus, I'd like to work for my glowstick! Heehee. Anyway...
So since one week is already down on this, maybe what we can ask for is as much time to do the quest as if this bug weren't there. Yes, this means that other people get more time on their quests, making them easier, but at least we won't get the crunch-time to complete it.. Just an idea, that from when the fix goes in, we get our 3 weeks to do Sarguillo's quests. How about it? Any signatories?

your only problem with that solution is gonna be the multitude of people who WERE NOT bugged. making them wait 3 weeks longer to unlock 1 more branch isnt gonna fly if they dont fix it b4 phase shift a free unlock for all those bugged would be opnly fair way to do it

But makeing us that are bugged wait another 9 weeks for the next phase 4 is ok you think then ??
Cause a free unlock wont happen...

even if you had only 1 week to do this, it will only take you 2 buffs to complete the quest depending on your luck
i know this phase i got all my outlaws and pirates on my first attempt. last time it took me 3 buffs

To bad tiggs can give us some feeback and the only word we are getting is that a hero of a csr unlocked a few people on one maybe two servers . but im sure that SOE and the devs teams have that csr locked away in a dark deep room

well here is the thing....you got all yours done on one buff session b/c there were 15-20 OTHER poeple at the village at the same time making things go 100x smoother. if they give us 1 week no doubt ill be lying there conceal shooting every pirate i can see but thats not the point the point is that we shouldnt have to wait 3 more months approx to get back to phase 4 where melee defense, one of the few beneficial trees for jedi, ismaking others wait isnt fair either its not fair to punish those PAYING to play this game for someone's who responsibility it is to fix BROKEN shiat, mistakes
and BTW im one of the bugged few and i went to WoW 
im having fun there and if things dont get fixed here ill eb moving

Well it sounds like there are some reasons for & against getting 3 more weeks.. but definately the point about making others wait 3 weeks vs. 9 weeks... seems like 3 weeks is the lesser evil.
I know we'd all *like* to get an update from some dev on the issue, but I bet those with forum-posting priviledges are biting their nails waiting to hear something that they can post. And yes, I'm playing WoW too- in addition to SWG... once internet is setup in my new place. =/

AMENDMENT: Tiggs just posted to this forum with new info on how to get... umm... serviced by a CSR for this bug. ^_^
