ok well ive been getting lectured by a jedi and argueing today that there is NO WAY to become an Initaite in just 12 WEEKS or whatever he is BSing . if there is. someone else tell me cuz i think this is total BS lol.

Well, if you look at what he's said, 12 weeks. First off, think about how many unlocks you need to fill up: 6.
Each phase is 3 weeks long.
Now do a little maths: 6x3 = 18
So it will take a minimum of 18 weeks if you're brand spanking new to the village.

he says theirs a way to exploit it. maybe their is but wouldnt it be illegal?

You can't exploit it. How are you going to exploit getting phase 4 to go to phase 1? It actually it longer then 3 weeks also. It seems to switch about 3 weeks and give or take 3 days so it could take an extra week or so longer. 12 weeks is impossible unless you had free unlocks.

Depends on when you start 
I started my quests on the last day of Phase 4 so my second phase hit the day directly after. I crunched 3 wks right there. I will unlock the first day of the next Phase1. I crunch 3 wks there because I have the xp already banked to fill the branches on the very day I complete the quest. That will make 12 weeks
