There was a system message that CS is helping those who cannot take the phase 4 quest from the Captain. About 10 mins ago, so if you cannot take the quest, head to the Village!

So it is happening in Eclipse too. Any hint fromCSR about their on time? Coz I live in other side of the globe and cant play atm.

CS is there again if anyone wants to know. CS system message just showed up.
