Thread: Tracking Device How does it work?

Ok i have created the device i used it in theed, it told me that the satelite was on corellia. I shuttled to corellia and now the device is telling me device error cannot locate satelite try moving to a different location, what am i doing wrong?

ok never mind i figured it out had to go to a different starport other than coronet..

It is used in phase four of the FS village quest it allows you to track down a downed satleite so that you can recover a part from it for the village

Is it for a crafting brange then or something? I am talking about all the tracking device peices that you loot and stuff. I have always gave them away or destroyed them must have to use it for a different branch then the combat branches?

Yes it is used for crafters in the Fs Village it when used gets the satellite data and then you have to solve a puzzle to get it to work and when its done you unlock Crafting MAstery Repair branch

and then the quest stays open in the quest log forever but you get the unlock and reward
