Still a good two weeks almost to go, I think.

We shifted to Phase 4 first week of May -- I think Kettemoor was one of the last to go, and it shifted May 6th, I think? So I'd guess anywhere from a week and a half, to two weeks, for most places.

In general, you can guess by adding approximately three weeks to the date the sticky says we went to the current phase.
