can you currently unlock force sensitivity, or has do they have it turned off right now...?

of course you can unlock at the moment. you can always unlock, you just have to have done the right stuff

He may have been referring to the Respec process. Think that's still around.

Seems that you can'r get any master profession badge, so if you have not a pre CU master profession badge you can't ulock.

master badges won't appear until after your respec period is over . . .so if you need a master badge to unlock FS . . .then you can't right now. But don't give up yet . . . respec period is only supposed to be 3 weeks long from the first time you respec at which point you should get the badge for anything you currently have mastery in.
You could also try to /respec and click the "NEVER" option to see if that will end your respec period.
