Is the Captain supposed to give you a reward for phase 4? Because when i finished it i unlocked the tree but he said to me " You are to busy with another mission for another villager" or whatever so is he bugged?

Yeah he's bugged, no one can continue their FS grind too now that he won't unlock our boxes. What frustrates me the most is that the DEVs were aware of this bug long ago and haven't done anything to fix it, goes to show that the DEVs never support older content.

Submit a ticket to the csr's. I had that same bug and within a reasonable amount of time they got to me and unlocked the branch for me. I'm very satisfied with thier response.

Which quest? Ranged Speed has a reward... Melee Defense (even though it is the same quest) does not...

Exactly... i just completed my second time through Phase 4. First time for the Melee Defense, no reward. This second time throughphase 4for Ranged Speed, and you get an Aurilian Statue with the unlock. As soon as i killed the 25th pirate i got the unlock and inventory item. You dont need to talk to the Captain to get the unlock it will either happen, or it wont. I had saved enough Combat FS to test it, and went straight to Noldan and trained the first Ranged Speed box.

humm i didn't even get the box unlocked, i sent in a ticket and the CSR said he would fix it next time i was on, but he never did, then i recieved a message that said CSR's can no longer grant quest rewards, if you have an open ticket please delete it.... so now i'm stuck
