Im yet to try it, still waiting for the next phase on my server. Anyway just wanted to get the idea before i start.

Apparently to have Heals counted, they must be in your group. If a group is of 8 People, this must mean you need to keep leaving and finding a new one, or /kick and invite ppl all the time, once those 8 have been healed, or are the heals counted on those 8 people in your group every heal you make on them per Sith kill?

It requires 50 total healing Encounters. They do not have to be in your group, but it helps. The easiest way to do it, is to group with some defenders, and alternate between the members healing what ever damage they have. Under the CU its best to focus on the members in combat currently also. You should be able to get at least 35 credits a raid spawn.

Another thing to keep in mind is not to keep healing the same person in a row. Healing the same person is one encounter from what I have gathered throughmy Phase IV time. If possible go back and forth between combatants healing one, then heal some one else before going back.

Under the CU, following these rules you can unlock in one night with just two spawns, and get the 100 needed for the bacta tank (which is just decoration) in about 4 spawns. I have been able to quickly max out my medic xp. 140000 each spawn to earn my 14k of force sense exp.

I got credit for 0 heals. Do you have to be in a group? Does bacta spray count? I just stood in the middle of everyone and bact sprayed like a mad man... and got no credit for it at all

Ok, got 27 credits this time. Apparently bacta spray does not work, but bacta toss does. Need to be grouped to get any kind of xp though.

I completed the Healing Quest in Phase 4 in 3 Sith battles. I grouped with 3 different groups each time. Each heal of a person has to count because I am done in those 3 Sith battles. I need one more battle to get my reward for healing 100. So far I am at 93. You definately have to be grouped and the people that you are healing must be in combat with a pirate or an outlaw. Good Luck :-)

What is the time in between spawns? Is it set or random?

Yes you have to be grouped. I tried tossing random heals at folks running by, and got no credit.

Yes, Bacta Spray works. I hit a Bacta spray, hit a Lunge, let CoB take some of my damage, and move after the tank to the next target when appropriate.

I finished all 100 in 3 waves.

Yes, too many folks are too used to the 'old' way of fighting, where buffed you could take on 1/2 the planet. People will, I hope, eventually learn to keep tight group formations and use tactical methods to pull and keep groups healthy and productive. The most successful and least stresful method was to get up on the hill ousdie the south gate. Yes... outside. There's a pretty steady stream of 4-6 sith, which keeps you on your toes, but isn't inherently a deathtrap like the mad-dash runaround I saw some folks doing my first night. If it dried up, we'd send 1 to pop a shot into the village, and we'd get a couple-4 more, by the time those were down, the outside was spawning again. No incaps/clones, though a Dr shooting off a Bacta Spray every 30 - 60 seconds generates a boatload of aggro.

EDIT: I've read that there's a 90 min timer roughly. Sith spawn for about 45 min, then rest about 45. Other one I read said they spawn for an hour, and rest for 30 min. It always took more than 30 min to start a new 'wave'... so I'm voting for the first theory. Individual mileage may vary

Yeah Bacta spray works.

First wave i was only there for end and got 7. 2nd wave i picked up another 80. I basically stayed near bulk of group and hit Bacta spray every time it was ready and targeted individuls i noticed in combat with bacta toss.
