i hear all these probs with phase 4, yet i not quite there yet, 10 more siths to kill and i done my phase 4 quest.
But i hear lot of you speak to surguillo, but aint you meant to speak to noldran to learn the the fs boxes?
to me sounds like you all doing the wrong thing, speaking to the captain after you done the quest.

well I used the I'm stuck and the csr resonded and said this is the wrong catagory for this . Open a new ticket with the right response which is ?

Capt gives you the mission Noldan trains you in the unlocked branch. It is borked right now. Some CSR's are unlocking for people
now.

Yes,if you submit a customer service ticket,they will fix it for you. They fixed mine while I was logged off last night.
Don't submit under missions-npc though,do I'm stuck and they respond pretty quickly.

Word it nicely and they will help you. Rant off and b!tch and you may not see it as quick.
