Thread: I CAN'T GET A CSR TO REPLY TO MY TICKET!!!!! please help

I have tried everything for my phase 4 issues.


Used the pregenerated post I saw on these forums and posted under the I'm stuck to have a CSR tell me it was the incorrect category. So I tried Missions again, but I got another automated response. So now my ticket has been filed under Player Character Skill Tree for over a day and no response.



What have all you filed it under who had CSRs fix it, and what are my other options?.....I would like to frigin report a couple of CSRs.

I had almost the exact same experience. 4 days and counting, still waiting for a response.....
