Thread: What determines if you are a Light Jedi or a Dark Jedi? Imp or Reb faction?

Subject says it all. I'll be glowing if my respec ever ends and gives me my badges. I'm Imp now. I was Reb, but I switched sides to get the ETA-2 Actis Interceptor, I haven't changed back to reb yet because I haven't undeeded the ETA-2. I don't want to get stuck being a Sith because I stayed an Imp when I got my first visit by the old man.
So what determines light side or dark side?

it used to be during your knight trials
u would have a choice to kill a bunch of rebs or imps
by doing so put u with dark or light jedi
they are changing this i believe with the frs but i'm not sure
i would check jedi forums for that info
