My step-bro just got started using his respecs yesterday to try to get TKM, he has gotten pretty far... but, during his respecs todayhe mastered marksman and got a master badge for it? Why does he get a master badge when others dont? especiialy when there are some out there waiting to get glowy because they are in respec and now he can get glowy earlier than them because of a bug?

He was yelling at me not to post but screw that, this is the stuff that pisses me off in this game

dude phase 4 is not broken...complete the quest and contact the CSR if you didn't get the unlock, they will take care of you.
