actually its phase 3, but I dont know what exactly has to be done for it

y'all are aware we're on phase 1 right now right? If you are, and you're just curious about what's ahead, the guides stickied are great. I printed out a full list from them of every quest, who gives it and what the reward is...
(i did luck for phase 3, it's surveying, very quick and easy, but i gotta tell ya.... luck is a b*tch to fill
