trade them both with capt sargillo. for the frequency code things you get shield remotes which allow you to power down shields for certain named bases. for the waypoint disks, he puts waypoints into your datapad of some bases. it doesn't however tell you which bases these are so you have to go to them to find out

So the waypoint disks are garbabe cause I already know where all the bases are.

Thanks for the info. Guess I have to kill allot more pirates and outlaws to get at least three freq code disks.

The WP ones seem to drop more frequently.

make sure you do know the wp properly cuz although they stay the same, the names change at each location, so the ones in the stickies are actually wrong. i think the drops must be random cuz i got 2 wp discs and 7 frequency ones

they just change every time phase 3 comes around. if you have them for the current phase 3, then they will be correct. if you used the info from the stickies, then the wp will be correct but the names wont
