this is disgracefull. its the biggest error i have ever seen and it makes me mad

i had full branches of

Combat prowess: ranged accuracy

Combat prowess: melee speed

Combat prowess: melee accuracy

Combat prowess: ranged speed

Enhanced reflexes: ranged defense

Enhanced reflexes: melee defense 1,2 and 3 not 4 yet

i had all of this full recently and i have just done it and was very pleased to have done it and got it over and done with.

what happens a few days after i have done it, i have logged in and i look at it to see guess what.

All of it has gone, its like i have never done it, and for some reason the quests i did have not been done either.

Tell a CSR mate.. file a ticket. Make sure you tell them to check the records of your skills collected as im sure they can check.. also say that if they dont you shall talk to their superior because you will.

yeah this is the biggest error I've ever seen. Youshould havefinishedsome time after the start of phase 4 if you had gone with these 6 branches, not over 2 weeks in to phase 2!!!
