Thread: melee acc. spawn question

.can anyone tell me how long it takes for the shields to go back up and the turrets to spawn at a base after they have been lowered and the commander captured? and is there anything (e.g. being to close to the base) that might stop them spawning.

thanks for any help, i've tried searching on the forums for nswers to these questions but couldnt find anything
