Think it's hourly, but not certain.

Actually, it's 2 hours. I know from experience today, and let me tell you, it's the longest wait you'll ever feel, forget the old man or sith wait right after glowy, that was nothing compared to those 2 hours of watching that base, hitting tab every minute to see if you land on a turret....I'm just happy it's done and over with!
