Is it possible for a character, once FS to drop it and become normal again? i want to move one of my toons on a diff acct to another server, but he is FS, anything i can do about that?

You can move FS characters. I think it is once you hit Padawan that you can't move, because that is when you open up the second character slot that ties both toons to one server.

after padawan you cant drop, toon is stuck on server forever
