which NPC unlocks it in phase 3? is it the Ithorian's survey quest?

I have theLuck branch completed andnow have +4 Luck - I haven't seen any difference in my looting.

Is this really working now?

what mission do i pick up for the luck tree?

luck tree is from the ithorian I believe where you do surveying you need atleast novice artisan to do it. Have to go around and locate the 50% concentrations and all. Just be sure to leave room in your inventory cause you will also get village resources.

I am glad you only need novice artisan to do this because like this is one of the fs trees I can actually do after the cu hits.
