Force Sensitive Archive

Can someone tell me where you have to go to do this quest because I get no wp no quest no mission, and I have to take the sields down somewhere and take out 5 waves of sith i believe and is it different if you do it with a friend? cause he mentions that if you do it with a friend you get a reward of a sort, thx for the help
