Does not seem like it has, seen a player doing the phase 2 whip quest and I was told ive done enough and to rest now.

yea I really don't think it has yet which upsets me but it's all good. probly tuesday but if we're lucky tomorrow (which would be unlikely because of the new patch on Tuesday)
