One thing I always do when phase 2 rolls around is go to the village and get another health buff crystal.

I went this time only to find out that Whip will not let me do again this phase. So I try my jedi and same thing,

he will not let me take the mission. So again I try my third character Jedi (who is now cancelled due to the fact that

it is a waste of money to have more than one acct anymore) and the same thing happens, can't do the mission.

So after I tried on 3 toons and was denied I began the long process of trying to get some help.


First I sent in a csr ticket, guess what they do to my well written ticket??? They close it and tell me to send

in a /bug report. DUH!!!! I did that on all three characters before I even sent in a ticket. So on my sixth ticket I

finally get the champion of all CSR'S, you know him as BenC. Is it just me or is this guy the only one who cares

about customer service??? He honestly tried to help me but it did not work . Anyway he said he would get back to me

and keep the ticket open.


Now if this is a bug then fine make it a known issue blah blah blah and it won't get fixed until the next time the phase rolls

around if I am lucky. But is it really so bad that to get someone to actually help you you have to send in SIX TICKETS????


So if you don't mind please go to the village if you have done the health crystal quest before and see if you can do it.

If you can't please send in a ticket. Anyway I did some more digging and found an email addy to complain to so lets do this!!!

Everyone who has recieved poor customer service send an email describing what happened to


Let our voices be heard and go ahead and let them know how sucky the customer service really is in this game.


Sorry if some of you feel this does not belong but I honestly think we need to let SOE know how poorly this game is run

so tell your story and let your voice be heard

have you already done this quest in phase 2 with those characters? if youve already completed the quest with a character and gained the reward it will not allow you to do the quest again with that character.

So let me get this straight you have been repeating phase 2 to gain multiple buff crystals on the same account?

Ok well if that is the case then me personally I would be keeping it quite. Due to the fact that it has been stated that you are only allowed to do the quest 1 time per account. But due to your response to all the others that have posted this info to you in the Jedi and now the FS forum I will aslo include this statement.

Good job on useing a bugged system and it really sucks that you can not do it anymore and I will b1tch and complain to SOE on your behalf so you can continue to do this wonderful bug that most of the rest of us can not.

Let me clarify something here, I have never done the same quest more than one time in any phase. What I am saying is every time phase 2 rolls around I do the mission again. To the best of my knowledge the devs have never stated you can't do the same quest again if you wait for it to roll around. If anyone can find where the DEVS say you can only do one quest one time for life then I would be interested in seeing it.
