This information is already clearly spelled out in the original Guide to Aurellian Quests:

There's not really any reason for a new one of these.

Thank you Cornula. As I stated the original is bugged on the forums. The thread you list is not stickied but it should be. Good source of information on your address. Some of the stickied threads no longer load and this information is needed by all. At least 3 ppl looked for this info in the past 4 days because the great links are broken.
If anyone knows how to fix the original threads please do so. This guide is poor I know but relevant while our boards are not at 100%.

If you have information on the rewards, not how to get them, just the rewards, please post them here. This has been put together because the previous list is bugged and most people cannot access it. VILLAGE OF AURILLIA QUEST REWARDS
Each NPC offers a different quest in each Phase. One NPC will offer quests to unlock Combat Prowess skills, another would offer Crafting Mastery skills, and so on. They will offer different Quests in each Phase and each specific reward can only be obtained once.
Here are the Quests listed in their Phases, and their rewards.
Phase: Force Skill Tree: Specific Branch Unlocked: Quest Name: Reward
PHASE 1:Combat Prowess:Ranged Accuracy:Angry Villagers: 10 Patrols unlocks, 20 Patrosl obtains the Aurillian Banner.
PHASE 1:Enhanced Reflexes:Survival: Distraught Villagers: Aurillian Sculpture Part 3 of 4
PHASE 1:Heightened Senses: Persuasion:Aid Station:5 Villagers Unlocks, 10 for +5 CM Exp Necklace, 15 for House Plant
PHASE 1:Crafting Mastery:Assembly:Clean Up Crew:Aurillian Sculpture Part 4 of 4
PHASE 2:Combat Prowess:Melee Speed:Raiding Party: Durable Lathe (300? use melee P'up +30 speed)
PHASE 2:Enhanced Reflexes:Vehicular Control:Quarter Master:Focus Crystal (+2000 health for 2 hrs every 3 days)
PHASE 2:Heightened Senses:Survey Tree:Construction Forman: Organic Survey tool (all organics in one tool)
PHASE 2:Crafting Mastery:Crafting Techniques: Puzzled Engineer: Lightsaber Crafting Tool
PHASE 3:Combat Prowess:Melee Accuracy:Armed Group: Power Crystal, if grouped a +900 mind crystal, useable every 96 hrs.
PHASE 3:Enhanced Reflexes:Ranged Defense:Raiding Party: P'up +10 ranged Defense (not sure how many uses)
PHASE 3:Heightened Senses:Luck:Construction Forman: Inorganic Survey Tool
PHASE 3:Crafting Mastery:Experimentation:Engineer: Lightsaber Crafting Tool
PHASE 4:Combat Prowess:Ranged Speed:Village Elder: Aurillian Sculpture part 1 of 4
PHASE 4:Enhanced Reflexes:Melee Defense:Village Elder: No Reward for this Quest
PHASE 4:Heightened Senses:Healing:Frenzied Doctor: Bacta Tank
PHASE 4:Crafting Mastery:Repair:Chief Engineer:Aurillian Sculpture part 2 of 4

I did this phase the first time and I got the same Inorganics survey tool as in Phase 3. I don't know if they changed this however.

old, old information. it was organic survey tool in test center, but didn't make it to live

You dont necessarily get a crafting tool for Phase 2. I unlocked the tree but got nothing 
CSRs said sorry you dont qualify. Only those who make the best/most do... still trying to figure that out tbh.. forums say otherwise
