If im using Theraml detonaters how many crates will i need?
I know its all realvent to situatuiions and such but just give me a rough guess so i know how many nades so i can get a pre order set up before i come in at phase 2

Depending on what you grind on Im through about 30 some crates of Imp Dets and 1/2 done with the grind. Say 60 crates maybe.

I reckon 60 crates is a fairly accurate estimate.
From start to finish you need to cap combat xp73.5 times to get your 6 branches filled.
I find I use about 20-22 grenades from a crate of 25 to do 1 cap. Thats 4 lairs per cap and 5 grenades approximately per lair)
Sooooo if it was a crate per cap you would be looking at 73.5 crates. At say 80% of a crate per cap I reckon 60 crates is about right.

I'm 3.0.0.0 Commando and I use Imp Dets. I can cap combat XP in around 50 mins... I Dont know about your server but on mine imps are the only thing you can find.. :/

that is strange on my server its the exact other way round, loadsa Thermal Detsand no Imp Dets

I wish I could find gernades on Ahazi if anyone knows a good vendor send me a PM. Dont tell me to go to the Trades. I would like to help someone out like someone who really needs the business.

No the only decent grind is to cap your weapons once a day, each day of the phase, and be done with it, rather than wasting money and sp on commando to finish a tree in one day. The only logical reason I can find for someone going commando is if they are waiting on the last phase so they can unlock as soon as possible

I'm bored... heres the math. considering that all of your thermals would be pup'd. and assuming you are hunting giant baz nitches on dathomir (ideal)
1 crate of 25 nades = 300k combat xp. = 100k fs xp.
1 fs tree =1225000 fs xp / 100000 = 12.25 crates per tree. multiplied by 6, = 73.5 crates. now since 1 crate per 100k is very conservative, you can round down.
TOTAL CRATES! 73 crates of 25 thermal grenades, AND 182.5 crates of 10 grenade pups.
average price for these two crates seem to be around 70- 80k for a crate of thermals, and 7-8k for crate of pups. ill take average. So.....
73 x 75000 = 5475000
183(rounded up) x 7.5 = 1372500
TOTAL COST! 6,847,500 credits!
