All of you complain how hard/annoying the village grind is, yet you WANT to be a jedi??? dont you relize that jedi takes MORE grinding, AND xp loss?? When you start out at initiate its like starting out with novice brawler. How would you feel if right now all that xp you got for FS, just went poof? well thats what happens in jedi. Im not a jedi, but i know how it works, and yes it is good, (after about 6 months when you finish your template and get knight) but before that its not too good unless you have a finished template.

I guess I would rather become a Jedi than spend my days dancing in a catina or making clothes. It all depends on what is interesting to a player. Some want to be an entertainer and others want to be a Jedi. Some want to master their profession in a day while others want to work towards something bigger. It just depends on what you want to do.

you guys are all pathetic iam sorry my name is oir iam a jedi just plain jedi and hell it is worth it yah booh booh booh the village missions are pretty long and hard but it is worth it.yah guys its cool being popular people come up to me and say dude can i join u plz guys iam not bragging or nothing but guys its cool.

any of u guys need help w/ becoming a jedi? no worries iam creating a jedi academy. the purpose for it is that people whop want to become jedis come to the academy and i will help them (me or my helpful friends) we help u get the inner glow. by getting pois and what is so cool about the academy is that the content badges(nym,reb,imp,jabba) u guys need help on them? np we help u get 1 of those its up to u which 1 u need help on. i can say alot more u just reply saying u want me to write more about it.

Oh, and to answer the original question, I agree with the person who said that if you have to ask, then you can never understand. I grew up watching the original trilogy at least once a week. I have Episodes 4-6 memorized from the number of times I've watched it, and I still get chills every time Vader walks into the starship for the first time. Being a noob jedi is the hardest thing I've ever done. It's a challenge to stay alive,but that's what'smade the game so much more fun. I'm happy to trade being "uber" for the chance to be a jedi. And nothing can compare to the feeling I had when I made my first saber. You don't do it because it's easy, or because you'll be powerful. You do it because Star Wars means something to you.

And you get a glowstick.
