It's not that I want the reflexes to be 5-1, I want the combat to be 1-1

Just went to trade in some BH xp, and checked the conversion rates....
Trading in BH XP for FS combat XP, the ratio is 5-1
Trading in BH XP for FS reflexes XP, the ratio is 1-1
Why are they different?

Cause its reflexes, why else?
and yes im bsing you. Why its that way, im quite surenobody has a clue, you could say reflexes is more involved with theinvestigation due to the fact that it has survival and vehicle control but yea, i doubt it.
