Well, Tarq is now on phase 4, and the captain is not bugged. I did Melee defense last time, and I just picked up the Ranged speed quest this time.

Same here. I'm very sorry for those that this is bugged for. When I read the early reports last night I was none too happy. I can imagine what it must be like to be on the verge of your long time dream, only to have this happen. Good luck and you have my sympathies.
