Force Sensitive Archive

So ive unlocked Melee Defense, Ranged Defense, Melee Accuracy, and Melee Speed so far...The only two other skill trees that look like they are worth unlocking are Crafting Assembly and Experimentation for saber crafting obviously. Only im not a crafter and never have been. Only thing i ever macro crafted was stims for Master Doc...so i was hoping someone could offer some insight on these two quests. What exactly is entailed with the quest and how long the grind takes say if i was macro crafting doc stuff? Thanks for any help or advice give
