Thread: NO response from ANYONE in power about phase 4???

I was hoping to at least see a response or something from a Dev or Correspondent about this phase 4 bug that, I imagine, is producing record numbers of tickets and pure vitriol and outrage from players. I see posts below topping almost 200 posts complaining about this. Come on Dev's... give us something. We are YOUR customers. This is as if we were shopping at Sears and the lights went out... and we hear nothing from the employees about why our shopping experience is being ruined. Come on!!

Bear in mind that even if there were 14,000 posts on this forum, the devs have stated that this forum will NOT be read by them
So it's down to CSR tickets only

well, if they don't read it, then that is the correspondents job. And the sheer number of tickets should tell them something is wrong.

i dont believe they dont even post some announcement about it.. almost 3 days and nothing, this is so bad...

Its more than likely that they dont have any info yet as the devs are probably just finishing up thier morning coffee and getting to work on it. They DO KNOW about the problem and have stated such in game and also on the other forum

The lack of immediate info is very annoying to me as well however I also don't expect a fix within 5 minutes. When they have a fix it will be posted, patched or free unlock awarded or whatever...but the earliest fix I would guess will be a few days away. If there is no fix before the phase ends, or there is not enough time to unlock after the fix...then there will be hell to pay!

But they have not indicated the priority and whether a fix will be assured in time

Hmm our server hasnt switched yet (Infinity) as I understand it the bug doesnt effect so many people only those who have done phase 4
before.

That is a lot of people.
There are a lot of players that have been in theis game a long time where this is our second cycle of phases
