After many weeks and many tickets being put in, I finally got an answer. For weeks I was being told they could not tell me what skills I need to do the quest, because the DEV had not told them how the quest would work now. Today I got the answer, it is was what a lot of people thought. To be able to craft the meds you need BE 0-0-0-4 and to heal the NPC's you need Master Medic.
