I finished Capt Sarguillo quest but he tells me that my "plate is full". My crystal won't open but my journal says that I completed the quest. What is going on?

talk to paemos. See if your ready to learn that branch. If so, you finished the quest. It's the reward that's bugged.

I was able to talk to nolan and train in combat prowess even though sarg would not end the quest for me.
