Thread: IS PHASE 4 BUGGED OR WHAT... PLEASE HELP

anyone know if phase 4 is bugged? i have unlocked it with the quest, and have more then enough fs xp to train my first box.. but when i go to the trainer he says i have nothing i can learn.. however after cashing in my xp.. the rhodian said i am eligible for my first box.. then when i talk to the captain, he acts asif im busy still on the quest.. Im 100% positive i completed and even got the system message,, Is this a post-cu bug or what? -TKM-M*PIKE-Bay'Lee-DARK FORCE SUPREMECY-

Captain Sarguillo is indeed bugged most of the time...
...but it still may work!
When you have completed the "Kill 50 thugs and 25 pirates" for Captain Sarguillo you have to talk to Noldan (and not Paemos the Rodian) to train your Combat Prowess Novice (for 50k FS XP) - unless you have unlocked this in a previous phase.
But if you are like me (this phase is the first ever for me in the Village) and you have no Novice FS boxes unlocked you have to train the Novice Combat Prowess box with Noldan first even though Paemos will say that can learn Ranged Speed 1.
So talk to Noldan he may be able to help.

I, as many others, had this same bug.
Just create a ticket explaining that you completed the quest and that your journal reflects it as such.
A CSR will manually unlock you. Only took about 2 days for me.

You don't need to train the novice boxes to train the branches.. If he has enough xp for a branch box, he has more than enough for the novice box, and it's not even displaying that to him.
