Thread: Infinity Phase 1 bugged?

I am grinding FS on Infinity and today we changed to Phase 1.
Went to the Village, looking forward to the new quest when I found out that I cannot get the quest from Whip. While other players were already working on his quest he told me that I was already busy, although I accepted no other quest.
Until now I unlocked the following branches:
Phase 1: Cap. Sarguillo - Combat Prowess - Ranged Accuracy (btw didnt grind it, only for the banner)
Phase 2: Whip - Enhanced Reflexes - Vehicle Control
Phase 3: Cap. Sarguillo - Combat Prowess - Melee Accuracy
Phase 4: Cap. Sarguillo - Enhanced Reflexes - Melee Defense
Phase 1: Whip - BUGGED??
Does someone else have the same problem or am I the only one?
