Try shuttling back to the nearest city the wp is, that helped some guildie of mine

I came in and out more then once. I even went off planet and had Mal kill me. Ever time the mission keeps resetting in the exact same spot.

You need to send a ticket to a CSR.
And it's "Mell", as in "Mellichae"

The other option is to kite Mell far away from the crystals. You should be able to draw him out and kill him without the crystals healing him.
Good luck on getting this one resolved. Whichever way to decide to attempt.

I pulled him a good 1000 meters from the crystals and yeah he was still healing. Spent 45 min trying to solo him with just swordsman. after he blew two of my bikes up, I lagged getting onto my last bike and died, he had about 6k worth of mind left, i was pissed.

ooh crikey, that is something i never knew. I'd heard that people had drawn him far enough away that he didn't heal anymore.

So the old man came to talk to me tonight. Well not 1 but 3. I was given a WP which I went to but one of the four crystals is under a private house. I cannot get to it and because of the cannot complete the quest. Does anyone know of anyway to reset the whole process? I am stuck on this. I did submit a ticket also.
