What should I fight with C12's to get alot of combat exp. I have been doing huurton howler lairs 20k combat per layer but will any other lair give me more exp.

get into a solo group for lvl 99+ missions.
Take Huurton Stalkers. You'll get ~5500 combat xp (5000 combat xp + 500 combat xp) per kill from those. (approx 75k combat xp from an unmilked lair, about 130k from a milked lair)

if you let them, yes 
If you're wearing armour and are buffed, then you won't see them even scratch you

Don't Huurton's have higher blast resists? How many stacks does it take to clean a nest and what's the payout on those missions?

If you're armored and buffed AND have some good Melee defense you will be fine. If you lack in the melee defense dept.... you're toast. =p
I was a mostly ranged character doing nade grinding so had lil or no melee defense. I had to resort to doing regular flavor Biz Natches(sp?) on Dath. Even those 10 at a time, it got close. Hurtons just plain owned me, time and again.

You don't need melee def. just 80% kinetic armor...
I have 20 melee def and don't get a scratch from huurtons when grinding with nades.
