I was just curious because I have never been interested in FS but now I have taken an interest I am close to becoming glowly. When I do what exactly happens and what do I have to do?

thats one of three things that happens. one of the other things that happens is that you master all the professions in the game and get a free jedi unlock, and the final option is that you read the stickies and find out about the village

Most people get bothered by these questions, as they are asked all the time

Anyway, read this great guide by SonG a few times and you know all about how-to-become-jedi.

To become a glowy you must poop in a bag and run into the squill cave on tatooine unbuffed and run around screaming "LOLOOLOLOLOLLERCOASTER" then be slain. You MUST clone at Mos Taike or you will never become FS.

And you must write run-on sentences like me in-game to be uber-l337.
