the sith target you even if you not fighting, if you hide well and dont get around any thugs possibly you could live. but un armored you wont survive 2 or 3 shots.

you realy wana get him armor preferably composit cause those buggers use practicly dammage type and hit like a ton ofo bricks. depending on your server's economy you probably can find a fairly cheep set of comp. on corbantis I know a place to get a full suit of 80kenetic 68 base for 250k slap on a PSG for stun protect and your golden. if you realy cant aford a new suit of armor either run some missions with your combat toon, spend a few hours buffing or just do the quest with yoru combat toon swap armor and do your docs quest seperatly.

To Upgrade something implies that you are adding too, enhancing, and fixing the thing that you are upgrading. The CU does not do this, it is not adding too, enhancing, or fixing the combat system that is in place, it is replacing the innovative SWG system with the generic one used by its competitors. Be honest and stop calling it the CU, Call it the CR (combat replacement) instead

I did it totally un armoured. Most of the time had 2 or 3 doctors in the group though, the groups I were in worked really well together and it was fun

"This is a site full of militant Pre-CU/NGE: sad *bleeps* who live in their parents' basements, downloading mods and trading what they believe to be inside info about a game they despise yet can't stop discussing. This is where you go if you wanna hear frustrated would-be emu players mouth off with their two-bit, arm-chair-dev's opinions on how they all could've made a better SWG."

On the first day of the phase hitting the server, yes. There will be tons of other people there to aggro the sith. I managed to do the quest unbuffed (but wearing armour just incase) and I was only incapped once due to a Thug spawning right on top of me. However I many just have been lucky because I did have to rez 3-4 docs that weren't as fortunate.
