Thread: Phase 4 Crafting Help Please.

As far as i could figure out there should be 10components you have to add to your tracking Device in order to make it work. So now the questions:


Do you have to complete the device before being able to talk to the ticket droid ?

Statement. 6components are looted 4 are crafted:

What drops the looted components and what are the prerequisites in order to manufacture the remaining 4 i.e. Master Artisan ?


Can someone that completed the quest explain the puzzle part with the wires ?

    Yes.

  2. What drops the looted components and what are the prerequisites in order to manufacture the remaining 4, i.e. Master Artisan?
    Any NPC can drop the looted items, but the drop rate is not particularly high. Your best bet is probably to hit the bazaar. The crafted items require Master Artisan.

    It's exactly like that old game where someone picks a sequence of colours and you have to guess it my picking your own sequence. They tell you how many of the colours you got right and how many colours are right but in the wrong place and then you get another turn to guess. There are four terminals to be connected and three colours of wire. I do not know if a solution can leave a terminal unconnected, but I suspect not. As an example here is how I approached the puzzle (the solution will be different for everyone):

    1. My attempt: Blue Blue Blue Blue
      Result: Two lit indicators and no flashing indicators
      Means: I now know that there are two blue wires in the final solution

    2. My attempt: Blue Blue Yellow Yellow
      Result: Two lit indicators and two flashing indicators
      Means: I now know that there are two blue wires and two yellow wires in the final solution and that there is one blue wire in the first have and one yellow wire in the first half.

    3. My attempt: Blue Yellow Blue Yellow
      Result: No lit indicators and four flashing indicators
      Means: I now know that I need to swap the order of the wires

    4. My attempt: Yellow Blue Yellow Blue
      Result: Four lit indicators and no flashing indicators
      Means: The puzzle is solved

Can anyone crafter make those items for me or do i have to do them myself ?

anyone can make them. and you don't need any artisan skill at all (not even novice) to be able to accept the mission
