Thread: Phase 3: Luck ( You have GOT to be kidding !!)

Just to have something to do between getting access to the village and really starting my quests, I decided to do the Luck tree to start off with. Kinda cut my teethe and so forth? But the only challenege to this quest is finding a place where the resources don't fade from 30%'s and 40+ %'s into 19's or to nothing. There are a lot of dead-end surveying areas out there.
Could this tree be any easier? Yoiu have GOT to be kidding ! This is the perfect place for non-CL 80 FS's to start!!
My only concern right now is the Energy survey. What planet ( just a hint is all I need) is best to survey for energy?

I did the Luck quest in 1 hour. I had Survey 2 and just rode around with a Solar, Mineral, and Gas survey device. Set your tools to 128x4 and never hop off your speeder.
Found everything on Dathomir, but the energy you'll have to head into the forests midway between the village and the Science outpost. Found a copper deposit of 95% out there too...perfect for FS grinding of survey. Leave her running overnight with a survey macro then head back into the village to convert into Senses XP. Dump Artisan and go back to Entertainer, then just grind away ID until you get ID 2 and then you get 165 xp with eye color changes. You can sit in the village all you want changing your eye color to grind your Senses XP up.

These two (Luck and Surveying) are good filler ( not bad skills, I just mean that they are good places to start, LOL). Easy to get, and keeps you busy while waiting on the next phase, respectively. Plus, if you're trying to Level your Character in Combat, and happen to have Novice Medic, you make FS XP for these as a matter of course, and while doing something else.
