I have not seen many Jedi and want-to-be Jedi acting very Jedi and this is very disturbing.
So like many of you I have worked very hard to get FS abilities. I have completed my walk through the village and it has changed me. As I walked the village and learned the ways of the force some things have been very disturbing. I have had many good experiences and run into may others who I hope had good encounters with me they have gone on to become great Jedi. But lately I have noticed a new breed of members in the galaxies. The old vet members used to understand you can not complete may challenges without the aid of others and are willing to take some time to help those around them when asked. (This rule of course has its exceptions -these Vet players are set in their guilds (we all know what guilds they are.) and never did care much for others. They do not understand the way of the force.)
As a member of the community and a Vet player I will always try to be polite and helpful to Vet and New players alike. I will say Please and Thank you. I will give my time freely to help those who can not proceed without it. I will share what I have learned in my travels to all those who ask of me. As I walk the path of Jedi I will use my abilitys to serve those around me even though it may be ironic that I embrace the dark side. Without order there is chaos. So to anyone who reads this. You are not alone in your travels. Remember those around you and realize that you can not achive your goals without the help of others and the others can not achive their goals without your aid. Do not ignor those in need and do not be so focused on your needs that you can not see your way to group to achive them. You are a member of a community and as a member you must contribute.

Ok.. I agree with you totally on the point that this is not a way to act (in MY opinion)but...
This is not just a SWG related issue, this is a sociological issue. Why it may seem like the right thing to do in your mind everyone has their own world view and it is not right for you to force upon them the need for "manners".
**IF you do not like how a player is acting to you.. you have NO right to tell them how to change their attitude... JUST IGNORE THEM!!!***
Also keep in mind that some people who are playing Imperial/Dark Jedi/etc. really get into the role playing aspect.. and from that may act this way. I know I've seen a few like this.
It's free will and everyone can play how they choose. If everyone was the same the game would be quite boring!

I don't think the issue is light side or dark side. The issue is manners. Yes i ignore those rude jedi's who's only mission in life is to dominate others, and I help everyone, light or dark, if they have a good attitude and are NOT about pwnage or ownage or 1337ness. You CAN be a dark jedi and still be a nice person and you CAN be a light jedi and be a total a$$. Just my experiance.
